Cancellation policy

Certain products may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how these purchase options work and when they may be changed or cancelled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the price and frequency displayed when you subscribe.

Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order unless you have paid in advance or cancelled the subscription before the next billing date.

Subscription prices, discounts, delivery frequencies, and available products may change. Where required, we will notify you before a material change takes effect.

Changing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

Subscription changes apply only to orders that have not yet been processed. Once a recurring order has been charged or entered processing, it cannot be cancelled through a subsequent subscription change.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Subscription Returns and Refunds

Only the first order placed as part of a new subscription is eligible under our 90-day return policy, provided it meets all return requirements.

Recurring subscription orders, renewals, and subsequent subscription shipments are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Pre-Orders

If we offer a product for pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

Depending on the offer, we may collect full payment, collect a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method and charge the remaining balance before fulfillment. The payment schedule and estimated shipping date will be shown before you complete your purchase.

A pre-order may be cancelled before it enters processing or fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Refund Policy.

Estimated availability and shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change because of production, inventory, or carrier delays. If we cancel a pre-order, any amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Try Before You Buy

If we offer a try-before-you-buy option, we may authorize your payment method before shipping the product. The trial length, return deadline, and amount that may be charged will be clearly displayed before you place the order.

You must return the eligible product according to the provided instructions before the trial period ends if you do not wish to keep it.

If the product is not returned by the stated deadline, or if it is returned in a condition that does not meet the trial requirements, your payment method may be charged for the full purchase price.

Shipping charges and other fees associated with a try-before-you-buy offer will be disclosed before checkout.
