Shipping policy

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

USPS Ground Advantage

• Free on orders of $100 or more

• Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days

USPS Priority

• $11.99

• Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders require processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Selecting an expedited shipping method does not shorten order processing time.

Free Shipping

Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders with a subtotal of $100 or more after discounts and before taxes.

If an order is modified, partially cancelled, or returned and its qualifying subtotal falls below $100, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you need to make a correction, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Verlana is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.

2. Check around the delivery location and with members of your household.

3. Ask nearby neighbors or building management.
